2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

To access the full range of taxi66 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only hold one registered account. Multiple accounts under the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

Login Credential Security

You must notify taxi66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. taxi66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

We recommend using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a taxi66 user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the normal functioning of the platform. This includes attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, uploading or distributing malware, or using automated methods or bots to perform actions on the platform without prior written authorisation.

Users are strictly prohibited from using the taxi66 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or collude with other players will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the taxi66 platform complies with local laws applicable in their area of residence. taxi66 makes no representations regarding the legality of using the platform outside of permitted jurisdictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. taxi66 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time as part of its compliance procedures.

Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with established procedures and may be subject to review, which can take time. taxi66 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that are suspicious or do not meet the stipulated requirements.

Any taxes, duties, or charges arising from winnings or transactions are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian tax law. taxi66 is not responsible for calculating or withholding taxes on behalf of users.

Account Suspension & Closure

Taxi66 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, fraud, or for platform security reasons.

If an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited as part of the compliance action. Users may submit an appeal through taxi66's customer support channels.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
